Communications Guidelines

Use of and participation in the CCG Links website is contingent upon your acceptance of the following terms and rules. By participating in the interactive community, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms. For purposes of this agreement, „Visitors“ refers to you.

• You will not use profanity in your messages.
• You will not spam the room with information, links, or banter not related to CCG Links (this website) or the commented website.
• You will not harrass other visitors.
• If you have a disagreement with another visitor, do not argue in the comment section of any published content here. Continue it privately via another communication form.

If there is something you would like to see added to this website, please submit your site.

• Visitors shall not post or transmit through CCG Links any defamatory, threatening, obscene, harmful, pornographic or other material which would violate or infringe in any way upon the rights of others, or which would give rise to criminal or civil liability and/or violate federal or local law or regulation. Visitors may not transmit materials that would encourage conduct that constitutes a criminal offense.
• Visitors shall not upload, post, or otherwise make available on the CCG Links site any material protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner of such copyright, trademark or other proprietary right.
• For the protection of all Visitors, comment postings shall not contain any telephone numbers or addresses. If Visitors seek to transmit such information, they should use any private way of communication that is outside the scope of CCG Links.
• CCG Links encourages the submission of questions, articles, tactics, tips, editorials, game reviews, and other submissions that might be found useful by the CCG Links community. Authors of such material will have full rights to the work although CCG Workshop reserves the right to publish such submissions.
• CCG Links website is for collecting related websites. Visitors may not use the community to post or transmit advertisements or commercial solicitations of any kind.

User names

When you post a message or send any communications through CCG Links, your chosen user name will automatically appear with your message. You may choose a name to use in connection with your messages in the interactive community. However, you may not use a user name (or email address) that attempts to impersonate another person; that belongs to another person, without his or her prior consent; that violates the intellectual property rights of any person; or that CCG Links deems to be offensive.

Disclaimer of Liability

CCG Links is a meeting place and a publisher of its interactive community. The content is supplied predominantly by Visitors. CCG Links shall police, monitor, and editing such content to best of its ability in order to respond to or comment upon communications by Visitors and in order to determine compliance with the foregoing Communications Guidelines. CCG Links shall have the right and sole discretion to edit, to refuse to post or to remove any content whatsoever which it finds to be in violation of these provisions or which it finds in its sole discretion to be otherwise objectionable for any reason.

The opinions expressed in the comments are not necessarily (an in some cases not at all) those of CCG Links. CCG Links is not responsible for any materials provided by users which are deemed harmful or offensive to others. CCG Links is not responsible in any way for any injury, loss, or damage, which occurs as a result of an opinion expressed or information, provided in these sections of the site. CCG Links is not responsible for the content of any sites linked to a CCG Links site.
